Hyderabad, March 11 -- Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar on Wednesday strongly criticised the dismissal of disqualification petitions against MLAs Kadiyam Srihari and Danam Nagender, calling the decision "atrocious" and alleging that it undermines democratic principles.

In a post on social media platform X, Bandi Sanjay said the verdict delivered by Gaddam Prasad Kumar reflected poorly on the functioning of the legislature under the Indian National Congress government in Telangana.
