Kamareddy, July 27 -- Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar has once again stirred controversy with sharp remarks against the Congress government in Telangana, accusing it of pushing a "Muslim Declaration" under the guise of a BC Declaration.

Speaking to the media here on Sunday, Sanjay alleged that the state government is manipulating the reservation policy by allotting 27 per cent to BCs and covertly providing an additional 10 per cent to Muslims under the same category. "This effectively means Muslims are getting 100 per cent reservation benefits in Telangana. Is this a BC Declaration or a Muslim Declaration?" he questioned.
