Karimnagar (Telangana), June 21 -- Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar on Saturday launched a scathing attack on former Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR), accusing him of orchestrating widespread phone tapping during his tenure.
