Bandi Sanjay appears before SIT in phone tapping case, submits evidence
Hyderabad, Aug. 8 -- Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay today appeared before the Special Investigation Team (SIT) at the Dilkusha Guest House on Raj Bhavan Road in connection with the sensational phone tapping case.
The BJP leader is expected to submit the evidence he had collected regarding the alleged surveillance. On his way to the SIT inquiry, he visited the Khairatabad Hanuman temple and offered prayers.
A large number of BJP workers and supporters gathered near the venue, raising slogans of "Jai Modi" and "Jai BJP" in solidarity with the Union Minister.
Party cadres also held placards reading "Phone tapping is shame", "Hand over the case to CBI", and "Shame on listening to wife-husband conversations", etc.
