Hyderabad, Feb. 19 -- union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar on Thursday alleged rampant corruption by some ministers in the Telangana government and claimed that certain IAS officers were acting as middlemen, demanding commissions.
He said the BJP was collecting evidence on the alleged corruption of ministers and officials and asserted that details would be revealed soon.
Addressing the media at the BJP state office in Nampally, Sanjay criticised the state government's decision to divide the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) into three corporations, calling it "undemocratic" and done without public consultation, an all-party meeting or the consent of elected representatives.
