Chandigarh, March 22 -- N Sriram Balaji and Hans Hach Verdugo of Mexico, seeded fourth, pulled off a big upset as they toppled top seeded pair of Cheng-Peng Hsieh of Taipei and Christopher Rungkat of Indonesia in straight sets 6-4, 6-3 in the doubles semi-final of the $ 54,160 ATP Challenger Tennis Tournament in Zhangjangang (China) on Friday.

Balaji-Hach Verdugo recorded 79 per cent of their first serve in and won 29 out of 45 points on first service and 8 out of 12 points on their second service. They saved four out of six break points.
