Pune, March 27 -- A special court in Pune on Friday rejected the bail application of Siddhant alias Sonya Rajendra Landge, main accused in a murder case registered under the Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act (MCOCA).
The case pertains to Crime No. 577/2025 registered at Dighi Police Station, involving the alleged abduction and murder of Nitin Gilbile. According to the prosecution, the victim was kidnapped in a Fortuner car by the main accused in November 2025 and later shot dead at an undisclosed location.
