Dehradun, Jan. 29 -- The much-awaited badminton matches of the 38th National Games are set to begin on Wednesday, at the Multi-Purpose Hall, Parade Ground, here.

With the competition running until February 4, the event promises a week of high-stakes action as India's top badminton talent come together to compete for national glory.

Participants from Uttarakhand, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Odisha, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh will compete in the championship.
