Ranchi, Nov. 9 -- Jharkhand BJP President and Leader of Opposition Babulal Marandi launched a scathing attack on Chief Minister Hemant Soren, accusing the state government of arbitrarily granting honours to undeserving individuals.

In a social media post directed at the Chief Minister, Marandi said, "In Jharkhand, giving awards seems to have become your special privilege. You are the king you can honour anyone you like, whether it's a thief, a fraudster, or a dacoit.
