Dhaka, Sept. 18 -- Attorney general of Bangladesh Mahbubey Alam, who tested positive for COVID-19, two weeks ago, was shifted to the Intense Care Unit of the Combine Military Hospital in the capital on early Friday.

Law Minister Anisul Huq told UNI that the Attorney General was shifted to ICU as his heart pulse rate increased. He said that the attorney general is now doing well.

On September 4, the attorney general was admitted to the CMH and he was later tested positive for COVID-19. UNI MAZ GK 2345
