Srinagar, May 28 -- Veteran politician and former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad was hospitalised in Kuwait after he fell ill during an all-party delegation visit to the Gulf country.
Azad is part of one of the delegations sent by the government to Gulf countries to convey India's message of zero tolerance against terrorism following the Pahalgam terror attack and Operation Sindoor.
BJP MP Baijayant Jay Panda, who is also part of the visiting delegation, confirmed the development of Azad being admitted to hospital on social media platform X.
