Ayodhya (UP), Jan. 27 -- Ayodhya witnessed an extraordinary influx of devotees since Republic Day as a record 25 lakh devotees have visited the city of Lord Ram, according to a government report issued on Monday.

The report said that Ram Lalla set new records with an overwhelming gathering of devotees. While over 25 lakh devotees visited the temple in the last 30 hours since Sunday, the number is steadily increasing, it said.

A significant crowd is heading towards Ram Lalla and the Hanuman Garhi temples, with the city abuzz with devotion and spirituality. It is anticipated that Ayodhya will continue to see a massive turnout of devotees until the upcoming festivals of Amavasya and Basant Panchami.
