Lucknow, April 29 -- The findings of a survey carried out by Deloitte, under the direction of the Union Ministry of Tourism and Culture, has revealed Ayodhya, Varanasi and Prayagraj in Uttar Pradesh as the top spiritual and tourist destinations among both domestic and international visitors.
The survey also highlighted that each pilgrim spent an average Rs 5,877.63 during their visit, marking a significant contribution to UP's Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP).
