Dhaka, Dec. 27 -- Questioning the electoral registration of BNP chief Tarique Rahman, the now-banned Awami League has accused the interim govt of relaxing the law and extending "special privileges" to Rahman, and placing him "above the law" by actions that constitute clear violations of all legal regulations.
