New Delhi, Nov. 24 -- An Australian man who attacked US singer-actress Ariana Grande in Singapore last week has been deported and permanently barred from returning, the Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) announced on Sunday.

"Johnson Wen was deported to Australia on November 23, 2025 and has been barred from reentering Singapore," ICA was quoted as saying by the CNA broadcaster.

The incident occurred on 13 November during the Asian premiere of 'Wicked: For Good,' when Wen pushed through photographers and rushed at Grande. Her co-star Cynthia Erivo intervened, pulling him away.
