Sydney, March 25 -- Australia's Queensland unveiled the finalized venue plan for the 2032 Brisbane Olympic and Paralympic Games on Tuesday, following approval from the state cabinet late Monday night.
The plan announced by Queensland Premier David Crisafulli includes a new stadium, an upgraded aquatic center, and a revitalized tennis precinct, ensuring Brisbane is ready to host the global event.
"We're not Paris, we're not LA [Los Angeles]. This will be better, and it'll be the Queensland way," Crisafulli told a press conference.
"A number of Olympic and Paralympic sports move their headquarters up to Brisbane, permanently, a real world-class legacy which will serve these sports for decades to come," the premier said.
