Perth, Oct. 17 -- Australia have suffered a setback ahead of their three-match ODI series against India, with all-rounder Cameron Green ruled out due to a low-grade side soreness sustained during training earlier this week.
The series is scheduled to begin in Perth on October 19. In-form batsman Marnus Labuschagne has been called up as Green's replacement.
Green's injury comes as a significant blow to Australia, particularly after his impressive unbeaten 118 in his last ODI outing. The young all-rounder had only recently returned to bowling after a long recovery from a back injury.
