Jaipur, Nov. 7 -- The Anti Terrorism Squad (ATS) has arrested a person with links to the notorious terror outfit -Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), for "anti national activities".
Maulana Osama Ommar was nabbed by ATS from Sanchore in a joint operation by NIA, ATS and IB last Friday.
In the operation, conducted across different districts of Rajasthan, five suspects were taken into custody from Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Sanchore, Karauli and Pipad City.
The five were brought to Jaipur for joint interrogation by the central security agencies, After four days of intensive grilling, four of them were released. However, Maulana Osama was arrested on Wednesday, Vikas Kumar, Inspector General (ATS) said.
