Mumbai, Oct. 4 -- South Indian director Atlee had proclaimed during the making of "Jawan" that Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan would earn a National Award for portraying the protagonist in the film, says rising actress Sanya Malhotra.
Atlee's prediction has proved prophetic.
Unveiled in 2023, "Jawan" not only became a cultural phenomenon but also gave SRK one of the most powerful roles of his career.
Sanya Malhotra, who acted in the film, recently shared that during the filming of Jawan, Atlee confidently predicted that Shah Rukh Khan would be recognised with a National Award for his performance.
