New Delhi, Jan. 16 -- Delhi assembly secretariat on Friday issued a formal notice to the Director of the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL), Punjab, seeking a detailed report along with the basis of its findings, with the official asked to submit the response by January 22 regarding FIR based on AAP leader Atishi''s video.
Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta said the House would not allow any dilution of facts or obstruction of due process.
Addressing the media, the Speaker said that if required a special session of the House may be convened to protect legislative dignity and democratic accountability.
