New Delhi, Jan. 29 -- Delhi Chief Minister Atishi on Wednesday accused Lieutenant Governor V.K. Saxena of playing politics on Yamuna water issue, stating that he should either fulfill his constitutional responsibilities or resign from his position.

In a letter written to the Lieutenant Governor in response to one received from his office on January 28th, Atishi said, "It is very disappointing, but not surprising, that instead of addressing the dangerous levels of ammonia in Delhi's water, you have made baseless allegations and resorted to false propaganda to divert attention and completely fail in fulfilling your responsibilities."
