Gaza, April 13 -- At least 10 Palestinians were killed in Israeli airstrikes on the central Gaza city of Deir al-Balah on Sunday, according to Gaza's Civil Defense.
Mahmoud Basal, a spokesperson for the Civil Defence, said seven people died in an Israeli strike on a civilian vehicle, six of them from the same family. Several others were wounded and taken to Al-Aqsa Hospital in Deir al-Balah, he said.
Eyewitnesses reported that an Israeli aircraft fired at least one missile at the vehicle, igniting it and causing multiple casualties.
The Israeli military has not issued a statement regarding the incident.
