Guwahati, Oct. 8 -- The Special Investigation Team of the CID probing the death of Zubeen Garg, today arrested DSP Sandipan Garg, a cousin of the deceased singer.
Sandipan, an Assam Police Service (APS) officer, was present on the yacht in Singapore on the fateful day when Zubeen Garg died.
SIT chief Munna Prasad Gupta told this to media on Wednesday morning.
"We have arrested Sandipan Garg and we are going to produce him before the court today. We are going to seek his remand from the court," said Gupta while talking to media.
