New Delhi, June 26 -- As he completes his term as a member of the Rajya Sabha from Assam after 28 years, the state PCC on Wednesday described former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh as 'a true visionary who will keep enlightening our path with your formidable erudition'.
In its felicitation of Dr Singh, who completed his term as a member of the Upper House on June 14 this year, the President of the Assam PCC Ripun Bora said, "the long standing association of our beautiful state with your bejeweled political career is a matter of great honour for us.
