Guwahati, July 6 -- Assam Chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Sunday appreciated the prevailing of unprecedented peace in Assam's Bodoland areas in the last five years and said that this lasting peace has paved the path of development in the region.

Sarma said this while releasing 'Bodoland Speaks: From Vision to Action along with Communication Bridge, a 600-page volume featuring 1001 words and sentences in 18 regional languages spoken across BTR.

The Chief Minister also unveiled 'Transforming Bodoland: Looking Within - My Reflections' the Annual Report of the Bodoland region.

These publications reflect the spirit of unity in diversity, connecting 26 communities through language and mutual understanding.
