Guwahati, July 18 -- The Assam Cabinet has approved a series of key decisions, including financial aid to tea garden workers, land allotment for Medanta Hospital, upgradation of the Assam Medical College and Hospital (AMCH), simplification of hydrocarbon exploration norms, and allocation of land for a proposed National University for Disability Studies.
