Los Angeles, Feb. 28 -- CBS is developing a new multi-camera sitcom titled You're Only Young Twice, with Ashley Tisdale attached as both lead star and executive producer. The project is being mounted by CBS Studios.
Written by Tommy Johnagin (Ted Animated, That 90's Show), the project centres on Emily (Tisdale) and Alex, who got pregnant and married in high school, but now the are 35 and their kid is starting college. That means they can get divorced and start life all over again while they're still young enough to enjoy it. Newly divorced empty-nesters, they stumble through dating, co-parenting, and maybe a second chance at love.
Johnagin will executive produce alongside Tisdale and Mandy Summers, whose past credits include That '90s Sho...
