Hyderabad, Aug. 21 -- The Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), in collaboration with the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG), Government of India, inaugurated a two-day International Conference on "State Capacity in India: Building Individual and Institutional Capacities" on Thursday at ASCI's College Park Campus, Banjara Hills.
Delivering the inaugural address virtually, V. Srinivas, IAS, Secretary, DARPG, highlighted the achievements of the Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS).
He noted that 3.1 million citizens had registered on the platform and 1.28 million grievances were resolved between 2019 and 2025, with the average redressal time reduced from 28 to 13 days....
