Dharamshala, March 15 -- Deputy Commissioner, and District Election Officer Hemraj Bairwa has said that as per the instructions of the Election Commission of India, special arrangements are being made to make voting accessible for disabled voters during the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

He said that 9938 disabled voters including 6524 men and 3414 women will be given the option to vote from home and to choose this option, Form-12D will have to be filled. He said that once Form-12D is filled and their name is marked in the voter list, they will be able to vote from home only.
