Itanagar, Jan. 15 -- Arunachal Pradesh Minister for RWD, Tourism, Education, Parliamentary Affairs and Libraries, Pasang Dorjee Sona, has cautioned executing agencies against engaging with "fraudulent and irresponsible" contractors, stating that such practices hinder timely completion of projects and deprive rural communities of essential road connectivity.
The Minister made these remarks while chairing a circle-level review meeting on Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) projects under the Rural Works Department (RWD), Bam and Pasighat circles, held at Likabali, the headquarters of Lower Siang district, on Thursday.
