Itanagar, June 23 -- Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu and Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein on Monday paid heartfelt tributes to BJP ideologue Dr Syama Prasad Mookerjee on his 'Balidan Diwas' (Martyrdom Day), remembering his immense contribution to the unity and sovereignty of the nation.
