Itanagar, Sept. 8 -- Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu and Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein today joined the nation in paying glowing tributes to Bharat Ratna recipient Dr Bhupen Hazarika on his birth centenary.
