Itanagar, June 28 -- Arunachal Pradesh Governor Lt General (Retd) KT Parnaik graced the graduation ceremony of the 2019 MBBS batch of Tomo Riba Institute of Health and Medical Sciences (TRIHMS) as chief guest at the TRIHMS Complex, Naharlagun. A total of 46 graduating students received their certificates, including 29 from Arunachal Pradesh.
Congratulating the graduates, the Governor described the ceremony as a significant milestone not only for the young doctors but also for society at large.
