Arunachal Guv stresses empathy, exposure for officer trainees in Northeast

Itanagar, June 20 -- The Director of Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie, Sriram Taranikanti called on Arunachal Pradesh Governor Lt General (Retd) KT Parnaik at Raj Bhavan here on Friday.

During the interaction, the Director shared the Academy's vision of nurturing civil servants to be ethical, efficient, and empathetic administrators, and its commitment to inclusive development and service to all regions, including the Northeast.

Appreciating the Academy's efforts, the Governor urged for a greater focus on empathy and cultural sensitivity, particularly for officers working in tribal, remote, and border areas.
