Itanagar, Dec. 4 -- Arunachal Pradesh Governor Lt General (Retd) KT Parnaik has extended his warm greetings to the people of the state, especially to the Adi community, on the eve of Podi Barbi festival.

In his message, the Governor said that festivals, rituals and celebrations have always been integral to human life, shaping the social and cultural identity of every tribe.
