Itanagar, Jan. 14 -- Arunachal Pradesh Governor Lt General (Retd) KT Parnaik along with Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Tuesday participated in a kite flying event at Itanagar on the auspicious occasion of Makar Sankranti.
Large numbers of people including children and senior officials joined the kite flying event organized by the Governor's Secretariat.
