Itanagar, Sept. 16 -- Arunachal Pradesh Health and Family Welfare Minister Biyuram Wahge today called on Governor Lt General (Retd) KT Parnaik at Raj Bhavan here and briefed him on key health-related issues of the State and apprised him about the launch of 'Swasth Nari, Sashakt Parivar Abhiyaan' and the observance of the 8th Poshan Maah initiated by the Prime Minister of India.
During the meeting, Adviser to the Health Minister, Dr Mohesh Chai, MLA, also accompanied him.
The Governor emphasized that the intensified nationwide campaign on women's health must be implemented in mission mode, with urgency and collective commitment.
