Itanagar, March 28 -- Arunachal Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein on Saturday inaugurated the Vidarshan Buddha Vihara at Kokila in Papum Pare district, in presence of MLAs Nabam Vivek and Chau Zingnu Namchoom, marking a significant spiritual and cultural milestone for the region.
