Itanagar, May 4 -- Arunachal Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein on Monday inaugurated the newly constructed Abhedananda Bhavan, a four-storeyed boys' hostel, at Ramakrishna Mission Narottam Nagar in Tirap district.
The event marked a significant milestone for the institution, representing the first major step towards replacing ageing NEFA-era hostel infrastructure and reinforcing the Mission's long-standing commitment to education, character-building, and tribal welfare in the state.
The programme, featuring ribbon cutting, plaque unveiling, and a public meeting, was presided over by Swami Gautamananda, President of the Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission.
