Itanagar, Nov. 25 -- The Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) has submitted an urgent complaint to the State Election Commission (SEC), alleging widespread electoral malpractices, misuse of government machinery, and the use of money and muscle power in the run-up to the panchayati raj and municipality elections.
In a strongly-worded memorandum, the APCC expressed grave concern over alarming reports received from the public, media platforms, and on-ground observers, warning that the upcoming local body elections could become one of the most compromised electoral exercises in the state's history if immediate corrective steps are not taken.
