Itanagar, Dec. 19 -- Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Friday reviewed the progress of the Itanagar-Banderdewa Package-B (NH-415) project, a crucial 11.5-km stretch in the state capital from Papu Nallah to Nirjuli.
Expressing concern over delays and substandard execution, the Chief Minister noted that prolonged work and poor road conditions have caused avoidable hardship to the public, particularly during the monsoon season.
During the review, the Chief Minister issued clear instructions to the executing agencies to ensure that the road is made safe, fully trafficable and fit for uninterrupted vehicular movement within the current winter season, so as to avoid further inconvenience to commuters.
