Itanagar, Jan. 2 -- Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu called on State Governor Lt General (Retd) KT Parnaik at Lok Bhavan, Itanagar, on Friday. The two leaders exchanged warm New Year greetings and reaffirmed their shared commitment to work in close coordination for peace, progress and the overall welfare of the people of the State, a communique from the Governor's secretariat said.

During the meeting, the Governor shared his broad vision for Arunachal Pradesh in the New Year, stressing the need for balanced and inclusive development.
