Itanagar, Aug. 4 -- Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu today inaugurated the two-day State level workshop on Panchayat Advancement Index (PAI) 2.0 at the DK Convention Centre, here.
Organized by the Department of Panchayati Raj and the State Institute of Rural Development (SIRD) in collaboration with the Union Ministry of Panchayati Raj and YASHADA, Pune, the workshop aims to strengthen evidence-based planning and decentralized governance in Arunachal Pradesh.
During the inaugural session, the Chief Minister also released the PAI 2.0 booklet, a scientific, data-driven tool developed to assess holistic development at the Gram Panchayat level.
