Itanagar, Aug. 9 -- Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Saturday felicitated the members of NIMAS- Mt Kangchenjunga Expedition and the Brahmaputra Rafting Expedition at a special ceremony here.

The Chief Minister congratulated the teams for their grit, discipline, and outstanding achievements. He called the Mt Kangchenjunga Expedition, with 100% summit success on India's highest peak, a testament to exceptional preparation and teamwork.

He also lauded the Brahmaputra Rafting Expedition, which made history by paddling the entire 1,040km stretch of the river in India, from Gelling in Arunachal Pradesh to Hatsingimari in Assam, for the first time ever.
