Itanagar, Nov. 25 -- Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Tuesday extended warm greetings to the people of the state, especially to the Nocte community, on the joyous occasion of Chalo Loku.

Describing the festival as a symbol of shared heritage, harmony and brotherhood, Khandu said Chalo Loku reminds people to honour their elders, respect nature and preserve the rich traditions, arts and culture that define the tribal identity of Arunachal Pradesh.
