Itanagar, March 26 -- In a swift and effective operation, the Itanagar Police have arrested two individuals for the kidnapping and assault of a consultant working with the Department of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, a senior officer said
on Wednesday.
Itanagar SP Rohit Rajbir Singh said that the incident occurred around 12:30 am on March 22, when the victim was returning from the Civil Secretariat to his rented residence in A-Sector.
Before reaching his home, he was intercepted near Ziro Point by two men-Biku Shi (30) and Mili Nobin (32), both from Kamle district, along with a woman accomplice-who were traveling in a car.
