Arunachal: NHPC begins wet commissioning of Unit-3 at Subansiri Lower Project

Itanagar, Dec. 28 -- The NHPC Limited has achieved a significant milestone in the commissioning journey of the 2000 MW Subansiri Lower Hydroelectric Project (SLHEP) with the commencement of wet commissioning of Unit-3 (250 MW).

The milestone was marked by the successful mechanical run of the generating unit, signifying the formal beginning of commissioning activities for the third unit of the country's largest hydropower project.
