Itanagar, April 17 -- Parna Sahana, Under Secretary of the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region (MDoNER), visited the RIWATCH Centre for Mother Languages (RCML) at Khinjili, Roing in the State's Lower Dibang Valley district for an official inspection of the ongoing project, "Promotion of Literary Development of Mother Languages of Arunachal Pradesh".
The initiative is being supported by the North Eastern Council (NEC) through the Department of Indigenous Affairs, Government of Arunachal Pradesh.
