Itanagar, May 7 -- In a major step toward enhancing disaster preparedness and community resilience, a large-scale civil defence mock drill was successfully conducted across multiple strategic locations in Arunachal Pradesh's Tawang district on Wednesday. The exercise, held as part of the nationwide emergency preparedness exercise, aimed to evaluate and strengthen the region's readiness to effectively respond to potential emergencies, including natural and man-made disasters.
