Itanagar, Jan. 13 -- Bleak, a death metal band of Arunachal Pradesh has emerged as the winner of the Arunachal Pradesh State AIDS Control Society (APSACS)-organised competition on Multi Media Campaign (MMC) on HIV/AIDS.
The winner shall represent the State at the North East MMC to be conducted at Shillong, Meghalaya on February 28 next.
The winner bagged a cash prize of Rs one lakh and a trophy, while the runners up, Morbid Hallucination, received Rs 50,000 along with a trophy.
The MMC Grand Finale 2023-24 held at Nirjuli on Thursday last saw the four rock bands - Morbid Hallucination, The New Dawn, Bleak and Follow The Moon - keenly competing for the MMC Superstar title.
